Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment at Mrs Smith’s Hair Salon, you agree to the following:

• 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Less than 48 hours’ notice = 50% charge
• No-shows or same-day cancellations = 100% charge
• A non-refundable booking fee may be required for longer services (e.g. colour)
• Arriving 15+ minutes late may result in a shortened service or full cancellation with charge
